If you have worked in Photoshop, you definitely know that when you hold the mouse over a tool, a box opens that gives guidance about that tool, which is called the Rich Tooltips box.
How to disable Rich Tooltips?
To do this, first click on the Edit tab in the upper tabs of Photoshop and then go to Preferences > Tools.
Then a box will open for you, which is Photoshop settings.
In this box, there is an option called Show Rich Tooltips, which you should check so that the tips are not displayed for you.
If you want to activate this option again, just repeat the same path and tick Show Rich Tooltips.
